Last week our team came together to recognise R U OK? Day, a reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference.

The practice went yellow for the occasion: R U OK? bunting across the front desk, yellow ribbons in ponytails, and a table of conversation starters, tips and resources for the team to take away (along with a well-stocked supply of biscuits and chocolate).

More than one day in September
It’s not just about asking “R U OK?” on one day in September. It’s about checking in with the people around us, listening, and making space for honest conversations every day: at work, at home, and with the people we see across the front desk.
We’re lucky to have such a supportive team who look out for one another.
